Recall all the times I have Commented here that I regard the American people (no, not just Bush, all the Americans, every last man, woman and child of them) just like I regard the "good Germans" who "honestly, never saw those trains going towards the camps in the forest".

You may say that I am exaggerating, that I am biased, that nobody could possibly blame them all for what their ("democratically" elected) leaders did in their name.
