دولة السيستاني داخل العراق

ـ"س2:ـ

أرجو أن تحدد موقع عملك السابق كي توضح لنا وللقراء وللشعب العراقي ما يدور داخل هذه الأضرحة المقدسة وداخل دائرتكم وفروعها في العراق؟

ج.ع.ح: إن عملي هو عضو هيئة استشارية سرية في قيادة حماية المراقد المقدسة في كربلاء، إضافة أنني أشغل درجة مستشار أمني في هذه الدائرة، والتي هي ليست دائرة وطنية ولا حكومية ولا حتى اجتماعية، بل هي دولة داخل الدولة العراقية، ولقد اكتشفت ذلك متأخرا، وأستطيع أن أطلق عليها ( دولة حرس الروضة الحسينية والعباسية المستقلة) وهذا ما كان يطلقه محافظ كربلاء السيد عقيل الخزاعي وكان صحيحا، وهناك الدولة المستقلة لحراس الروضة العلوية في النجف، والروضة الكاظمية في بغداد، وهكذا في بقية المدن التي فيها أضرحة مقدسة، ولو جئنا إلى تفصيل أعمال هؤلاء الحراس أو أعضاء الدولة الحسينية المستقلة، فهم عبارة عن مليشيات، وأن معظم أفرادها جاءوا من إيران وبلغ العدد الكلي لهذه القوات ( قوات الحراسة) في كربلاء لوحدها حوالي 3000 مقاتل أغلبهم من الإيرانيين، والعدد الآخر من أهالي كربلاء وبعد التزكية الدقيقة، وأن قائدهم الروحي والديني هو آية الله السيد علي السيستاني والذي ينوب عنه بقيادتهم وتوجيههم هو وكيل السيستاني في كربلاء الشيخ عبد المهدي الكربلائي الذي يستلم تعليماته من نجل السيستاني، وأن الذي جعلنا نعيد حساباتنا عندما وجدنا أن القوة الحقيقية لهذه الحراسات هي للإيرانيين وأن أهدافهم غريبة وعجيبة وغير واضحة خصوصا عندما بدأوا بنشاطات غريبة، ففي االبداية تكاثروا عددا ثم تسليحا قويا ثم أصبحت تأتي إليهم صناديق كبيرة ومتوسطة من إيران وكتب عليها ( ممنوع الفتح أنها هدايا وأدوات ومواد بناء إلى مرقدي الإمام الحسين والعباس عليهما السلام من أجل إعادة ترميمها) ولكنها تبيّنت أنها أسلحة تشحن من الحرس الثوري الإيراني، ولهذا فقد تحولت الحضرة الحسينية والعباسية وبقية المراقد المقدسة في العراق إلى ترسانة رهيبة، نعم رهيبة للأسلحة والذخائر، أي أصبحت مستودعات كاملة للأسلحة الخفيفة والمتوسطة وأنا مسئول عن كلامي أمام الله والشعب، ولقد كانت بعلم حكومة إبراهيم الجعفري، والذي أصبح مسؤولا رسميا عنها الآن هو شيروان الوائلي الطامح بتكوين جهاز مخابرات على طريقة المخابرات الإيرانية ) إطلاعات) أو السافاك ومن رحم هذه القوات.ـ

هل هناك ممارسات أخرى لهذه القوات ( قوة حراسات المراقد المقدسة) في كربلاء والمدن العراقية الأخرى، ومن أين يحصلون على رواتبهم، وهل أن مجلس المحافظة في كربلاء يعلم بهذه النشاطات؟

ج.ع.ح: نعم لقد قاموا بممارسات خطيرة للغاية، فلقد قاموا بتصفية بعض الطيارين العراقيين الذين شاركوا في الحرب العراقية الإيرانية ( 1980 ـ 1988) ولقد مارسوا القتل والخطف بحق الضباط العراقيين الذين يحملون رتبة ( الأركان) وشاركوا في الحرب ضد إيران، أما حول قضية الرواتب فلقد فجرّت هذه القضية أمور كثيرة، وخصوصا عندما زاد عدد القوات، فجاء الحل من خلال نجل آية الله السيستاني محمد رضا السيستاني الذي مارس ضغطا كبير على رئيس الوزراء نوري المالكي نحو الإسراع بدمج المليشيات فكانت الحصة بإدماج ألف مقاتل من هذه القوات في جهاز الاستخبارات الرسمي، وألف مقاتل في جهاز الشرطة أي في وزارة الداخلية، وأن معظمهم من الإيرانيين، ولكن الذي حصل هو تحول هذا العدد إلى مشروع ( فرق الموت) وأصبحوا ينفذون مخططات غريبة عجيبة، وأهمها التصفيات الجسدية، وعمليات التهجير، ومطاردة الضباط والطيارين والمهندسين والعلماء السابقين، ولقد حصلت صدامات عنيفة بينهم وبين الشرطة المحلية والحرس الوطني، وكان جواب محافظ كربلاء ومجلس المحافظة هو واحد وهو ( إن حرس الحضرة الحسينية والعباسية هم عبارة عن فاتيكان في كربلاء زرعتها إيران وبمساعدة ودعم السيستاني وليس في اليد حيلة اتجاههم) وبالفعل هم فوق القانون والدولة ومجلس المحافظة."ـ

They killed Father Ragheed Ganni, a Chaldean Catholic priest, together with three subdeacons who were with him – Basman Yousef Daud, Wahid Hanna Isho, and Gassan Isam Bidawed. The assailants led Bidawed’s wife away, and struck down the four men in cold blood. Then they placed vehicles loaded with explosives around their corpses, so that no one would dare to approach them. It was late in the evening before the police in Mosul were able to defuse the explosives and collect the bodies."

One ruin of Bush's misbegotten war - and it continues to escalate

"Problems facing the intelligentsia of Iraq have been neglected in the scale of that
country’s ongoing tragedy. Since 2003, the new phenomenon of targeted and
systematic assassinations, kidnappings and threats to professionals and
academics has surfaced. These are escalating.

Over 830 assassinations have been documented, victims killed along with their
families. Numbers includes: 380 university academics and doctors, 210 lawyers
and judges, and 243 journalists/media workers but not other experts, school
teachers or students; neither professionals displaced internally and externally. All
aspects of life are affected.

The victims are often highly qualified, PhD or equivalent. Assassinations are not
specific to sect or gender but victims are predominantly Arab.

Hundreds of legal workers have left Iraq in addition to those already killed and
injured, thereby denying thousands of Iraqis their legal rights. Working lawyers
numbers have decreased by at least 40% in the past year alone and hundreds of
cases shelved.

Neither has sports escaped; the President and 36 member National Iraqi Olympic
Committee were kidnapped in July 2006; the majority are thought to be dead.
These were the only democratically elected Olympic representatives in the
region.

The reported incidents are only the tip of an iceberg; many cases go unreported.
This is in addition to the huge exodus to neighbouring countries and, for the lucky
few, to Europe.

Unless urgent action is taken to redress this situation, it will be too late to save
Iraq’s intelligentsia for the immediate and foreseeable future; a disastrous
situation for Iraq."

التعدّيات على الآثار العراقية من الحكم العثماني الى الاحتلال الامريكي

ـ"لا يخفى ان العراق من اكثر بلدان العالم غنى بما يملك من خزين هائل من الآثار الحضارية سواء أكانت تلك الآثار على شكل مبان شاخصة منها ما هو أثر حي لا يزال يستخدم من قبل الشعب كالمساجد والمزارات والخانات، أو ماهو مندثر على شكل خرائب شاخصة كبابل وسامراء والحضر، أو مطمورة تحت الارض مثل آشور و اوروكيش. والنوع الاخر من الاثار من غير المباني هي اللقى الاثرية كالتماثيل وادوات الاستعمال اليومي للانسان العراقي كالاواني وقطع السلاح او ما هو على شكل تحف ونفائس كالذخائر الاسلامية والمخطوطات العربية. ومن المعلوم ان حضارات العراق قد امتدت منذ نشوء الحضارات الانسانية الاولى في العصر الحجري مرورا بالعصر الحديدي والعهد الاسلامي ولحد هذا التاريخ، ولقد خلفت الشعوب التي سكنت و حكمت العراق من شماله الى جنوبه بل وحتى الشعوب التي غزت وحكمت في العراق كالمقدونيين (السلوقيين) والساسانيين وحتى المغول قد خلفوا آثارا نفيسة تحكي قصة هذا البلد و ديمومة شعبه وعطائه الحضاري الثري وتواصله مع تاريخه، سواء في ظروف الرخاء او ظروف العسرة.ـ

لقد تعرضت آثار العراق الى النهب والتخريب والدمار على مر العصور جراء الحروب و الغزوات التي كان يشنها الطامعون به او نتيجة الصراعات الحضارية، وما يهمنا هنا ما تعرضت له حديثا – العصر الحديث – من تخريب ونهب، وتحديدا من نهايات القرن التاسع عشر الميلادي عندما كان العراق خاضعا للحكم العثماني ومرورا بفترة الاحتلال البريطاني عام 1917 ثم الحكم الوطني منذ عام 1925 ميلادية وانتهاءً بفترة الاحتلال الامريكي الحالي.ـ

لابد هنا ان نثبّت مسبقا اهداف واسباب هذا التخريب ونحدده بالنقاط التالية :-ـ
اولا- اهداف تجارية بحتة يقف ورائها تجار الآثار واللصوص.ـ
ثانيا- اهداف ثقافية لغرض البحث العلمي والذي لم يكن يجري بالشكل السليم والامين حيث استعمل ايضا اساليب السرقة وعدم الامانة العلمية كما قامت به البعثات الاوربية الاولى.ـ
ثالثا- وهو اخطر الاهداف واشدها تخريبا وهو الهدف السياسي الذي يقف وراءه الفكر الغربي المتطرف لغرض تزييف التاريخ الشرقي الذي ينسحب الى صراع الحضارات والتمهيد لدخول الاستعمار، وكذلك تقف وراء هذا الهدف اليهودية العالمية (الصهيونية) التي سنذكر لاحقا ماهو هدفها".ـ

"The wishes of the occupied subject population"

* Permanent occupation and humiliation of everyday Iraqis, including torture and CIA dirty tricks (just like the Israeli model for the Palestinians, of course).

(Note: In the story below, see if you can find one reference to the wishes of either the Iraqis themselves, or the policy of the so-called "independent" Iraqi government. Needless to say, the wishes of the occupied subject population, are entirely irrelevant to the decision-making process of the U.S. empire.)

* Endless war, using Iraq as the launching pad for U.S. aggression against the entire Islamic world, the next one being Iran, then Syria, then...

What does it matter, that none of this was ever talked about initially, or that the idea of a permanent U.S. occupation of Iraq was explicitly denied by (for example) Colin Powell, or that everyone everywhere else in the world (including, of course, large majorities of domestic U.S. public opinion, expressed by at least one popular election) is vehemently opposed to the above?

America's now an empire, not a republic, and it has George Bush as its Nero. (Or, think Caligula, take your pick.) Bush just laughs at his so-called "citizens" (read: gullible, patriotic cannon fodder) and the so-called "Democratic opposition" (read: useful idiots, playing the part of an opposition party in the same way as actors say on TV, "I'm not a dentist, but if I was, I'd tell you to brush your teeth with..."). He's completely in charge, he's not subject to any popular sanction or law, and he'll keep doing whatever he wants, killing as many as suits his whim on a particular day, with no limits whatsoever.

The only way that the rogue American imperial state can be dealt with, is by violence. Nothing else will work -- the utter ineffectiveness of the Congressional elections shows this with crystal clarity. America's soldiers must all come home dead, so that America knows what the consequences will be when it tries to impose its fascist, imperialist model on the world, by force of arms."

With Korea as Model, Bush team Ponders Long Support Role in Iraq
The New York TimesBy DAVID E. SANGER, June 3, 2007

WASHINGTON, June 2 — For the first time, the Bush administration is beginning publicly to discuss basing American troops in Iraq for years, even decades to come, a subject so fraught with political landmines that officials are tiptoeing around the inevitable questions about what the United States’ long-term mission would be there.

President Bush has long talked about the need to maintain an American military presence in the region, without saying exactly where. Several visitors to the White House say that in private, he has sounded intrigued by what he calls the “Korea model,” a reference to the large American presence in South Korea for the 54 years since the armistice that ended open hostilities between North and South.

But it was not until Wednesday that Mr. Bush’s spokesman, Tony Snow, publicly reached for the Korea example in talking about Iraq — setting off an analogy war between the White House and critics who charged that the administration was again disconnected from the realities of Iraq. He said Korea was one way to think about how America’s mission could evolve into an “over-the-horizon support role,” (all emphasis added) whenever American troops are no longer patrolling the streets of Baghdad.

The next day, Defense Secretary Robert M. Gates also mentioned Korea, saying that establishing a long-term American garrison there was a lot smarter than the handling of Vietnam, “where we just left lock, stock and barrel.” He added that “the idea is more a model of a mutually agreed arrangement whereby we have a long and enduring presence but under the consent of both parties and under certain conditions.”

Korea is an attractive analogy for the Bush White House for a host of reasons: a half-century later, South Korea is a raucous democracy and one of the world’s biggest economies. The North is a broken, isolated state, though one that, improbably, has not only survived for more than 50 years but has built a small nuclear arsenal.

But Korea is also the kind of analogy that stokes the fears of those who see Iraq leading to unending war. The model suggests a near-permanent presence in Iraq, though presumably with far fewer troops than the nearly 150,000 now in place.

In a Democratic-controlled Congress, which continues to press for a troop withdrawal deadline, talk of permanent bases is not welcome, though many Democrats acknowledge that the United States cannot simply leave Iraq in chaos. Nor is the idea popular in the Middle East, though some countries are desperate for a strategic counterweight to Iran’s growing power.

Critics on the left who have argued for years that the Iraq war was really about oil leap on such talk as evidence that the administration’s real agenda is to put its forces right on top of Iraq’s still-broken pipelines. Those who fear the next target is Iran — including the Iranians — will see the permanent bases as staging areas, in case the United States decides to take military action against Iran’s nuclear program and deal with the repercussions later.

And the analogy rankles analysts who believe the situation is far less similar to Korea than it is to Vietnam in the ’60s or Beirut in the ’80s, where American bases became the No. 1 targets, and a rallying call for extremists, in an endless guerrilla war.

“It’s not that Iraq isn’t vital,” said Leslie Gelb, the former president of the Council of Foreign Relations, and one of the many experts organized by groups opposing Mr. Bush’s Iraq strategy to shoot back in the analogy war. “It’s just that Korea bears no resemblance to Iraq. There’s no strategy that can create victory.”

Historical analogy has been a problem for this administration since the start of the Iraq war in 2003. In the months before the invasion, there was talk of modeling a post-Saddam Hussein Iraq after the successful occupations of Japan and Germany. But even then, historians and analysts were warning against such comparisons, arguing that those were two cohesive societies that were exhausted by years of war and bore little resemblance to the fractured Iraqi society and its potential for internal violence.

The core problem with the Korea comparison, many experts on Asia note, is that when the war ended in 1953, there were bright lines drawn across the 38th Parallel, separating the warring parties. That hardened into the formal Demilitarized Zone, exactly the kind of division that the Bush administration has said it wants to avoid in Iraq.

And while there have been incursions across the Korean border over the years — a famous ax murder, underground invasion tunnels, a few commando raids by boat — those were mostly long ago. Nothing there has approached the Hobbesian state of chaos that is everyday life in Baghdad and Anbar Province.

Some of Mr. Bush’s critics see an effort to reach for any comparison other than Vietnam.

“If we can make this like Korea, then we have been successful,” said the Donald L. Kerrick, a retired general who spent 30 years in the military and has now emerged as one of a cadre of generals criticizing Mr. Bush’s strategy. He said that he did not believe the analogy fit.

Mr. Bush himself has made clear, while in Hanoi late last year for a summit meeting, that he believes America’s mistake in Vietnam was that it gave up too early. “We’ll succeed unless we quit” he told a small group of reporters who asked him what lessons he drew for Iraq. He declined to engage in deeper comparisons, including the fact that President Lyndon Johnson’s dire warnings about what would happen if the United States pulled out of Vietnam — that Communism would spread across Asia — never came to pass.

Administration officials and top military leaders declined to talk on the record about their long-term plans in Iraq. But when speaking on a not-for-attribution basis, they describe a fairly detailed concept. It calls for maintaining three or four major bases in the country, all well outside of the crowded urban areas where casualties have soared. They would include the base at Al Asad in Anbar Province, Balad Air Base about 50 miles north of Baghdad, and Tallil Air Base in the south.

“They are all places we could fly in and out of without putting Americans on every street corner,” said one senior official deeply involved in the development of Iraq strategy. “And our mission would be very different — making sure that Al Qaeda doesn’t turn Iraq into a base the way it turned Afghanistan into one.”

A long-term presence is envisioned by many experts, and it has been raised as a possibility by the Baker-Hamilton Commission, whose report on Iraq has now been embraced by President Bush — five months after he all but dismissed its conclusions. But the problem, as one senior administration official acknowledged last week, is that there is little reason to believe that American bases will stop Iraq from being “the great jihadist training camp it is today.”

As in Korea, the bases may be an effort to prevent calamity and invasion. The question is whether, in the firestorm of Iraq, their contribution to security would outweigh their roles as symbols of occupation or targets of terrorism.

Sheibani and Khazali Iranian networks .... شبكات الشيباني والخزعلي الإيرانية

"Since the end of April, Multinational Forces Iraq has released a multitude of press releases noting the capture or killing of members described as belonging to "a secret cell terrorist network known for its use of explosively formed penetrators, or EFPs, as well as facilitating the transport of weapons and EFPs from Iran to Iraq, and bringing militants from Iraq to Iran for terrorist training." Coalition and Iraqi forces killed 25 members of this network and captured 68 since April 27, 2007. These are Shia terrorists which are trained, armed, funded and directed by Iran's Qods Force, and have connections to Muqtada al Sadr's Mahdi Army.

Multinational Forces Iraq is cryptic yet clear when discussing this network of Iranian backed operatives. Since General David Petraeus, the commander of Multinational Forces Iraq, gave a press briefing on April 26, where he identified the "secret cell network, the extremist secret cells" that "were provided substantial funding, training on Iranian soil, advanced explosive munitions and technologies as well as run of the mill arms and ammunition, in some cases advice and in some cases even a degree of direction," 17 press releases identified raids against the network. In his briefing on April 26, General Petraeus mentioned both the Sheibani and Qazali [comment: correct spelling is Khazali] networks.

The overarching network is actually the Sheibani Network, an unnamed intelligence official informed us. The Qazali network was described as a radical splinter Mahdi Army unit which operates under the aegis of the Sheibani network.

"There's no question, again, that Iranian financing is taking place through the Qods force of the Iranian Republican Guards Corps," General Petraeus noted, as documentation seized during raids provided evidence of this. Qods Force [or Jerusalem Force, or Quds Force] is a branch of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps, and is responsible for planning and conducting foreign operations, intelligence gathering and terrorist activities.

قوات التحالف وقوات الامن العراقية تعمل على تفكيك شبكتي الشيباني والخزعلي التي يديرها الايرانيون . ومنذ نهاية نيسان ، فقد اصدرت القوات المتعددة الجنسيات والقوات العراقية بيانات عن القبض او قتل عناصر وصفت بانها تتبع الى :" شبكة الخلايا الارهابية السرية المعروفة باستخدامها للمتفجرات الخارقة ، او أي بي اف وفي الوقت نفسه التي تسهل نقل الاسلحة وذلك النوع من القنابل من ايران الى العراق ونقل الجهاديين من العراق الى ايران لتدريبهم على الاعمال الارهابية " وقد قتلت تلك القوات 25 عنصرا من هذه الشبكة واعتقلت 68 منذ 27 نيسان .وهم من الارهابيين الشيعة والذين دربوا وسلحوا ومولوا مباشرة من قوة القدس الايرانية وعلى علاقة بجيش المهدي الذي يقوده مقتدى الصدر . ولازالت القوة المتعددة الجنسيات تبدي غموضا حينما تناقش هذه الشبكة التي يسندها الايرانيون بشكل فعال .ومنذ ان قدم الجنرال بيتريوس قائد القواد الاميركية ايجازا صحفيا في 26 نيسان حيث شخص " شبكة الخلايا السرية "والتي" تسلح وتمول وتدرب من قبل الايرانيين انفسهم وزودت بنتفجرات وتكنولوجيا وكذلك بامكانات تصنيعية وعتادها ، وفي بعض الحالات بالمشورة وفي البعض الاخر درجة من التوجيه " وقد صدر 17 تصرييحا صحفيا عرفت بالهجمات ضد هذه الشبكة ، وفي تصريحه في 26 نيسان اشار الجنرال بيتريوس الى شبكتي الشيباني والخزعلي .والشبكة المربكة في الحقيقة هي الشيباني ، كما قال احد المصادر الاستخبارية بدون ذكر اسمه .وقد وصفت شبكة الخزعلي وحدة راديكالية متشظية عن جيش المهدي والتي تعمل تحت رعاية وحماية شبكة الشيباني . وقال الجنرال بيتريوس ان شبكة الخزعلي حصلت على " تمويل اساسي وتدريب في الاراضي الايرانية ".ـ
وقال الجنرال بيتريوس مستندا الى وثائق وادلة تم الحصول عليها اثناء الهجمات :" ليس هناك شك فمرة اخرى الايرانيون يمولون من خلال قوة القدس التابعة للحرس الثوري الايراني ". وقوة القدس هي المسؤولة عن التخطيط والتوجيه للعمليات الخارجية وجمع المعلومات الاستخبارية والنشاطات الارهابية . وتعمل هذه القوة بشكل واسع مع حزب الله .وتستعمل قوة القدس بشكل متكرر الغطاء الدبلوماسي لتوفير الغطاء لعملياتها . وتحتجز الولايات المتحدة الان سبعة من عناصر قوة القدس في اماكن الاحتجاز التابعة لها بعد الهجوم الذي قامت به في بغداد في كانون الاول 2006 واربيل في كانون الثاني 2007 . وقد ردت شبكة الخزعلي باختطاف وقتل خمسة من الجنود الاميركيين من خلال هجوم مزدوج على بناية محافظة كربلاء في 20 كانون الثاني ، وفي 19 مايس قتلت قوات التحالف ازهر الدليمي اثناء هجوم في مدينة الصدر في بغداد . وقد وصف ازهر الدليمي بانه العقل المدبر والقائد التكتيكي لهجوم كربلاء وعرف ايضا بانه اللاعب الاساسي في العديد من الهجمات الارهابية في العراق . وهو كان الرقم الاساسي في شبكة الخزعلي التي تدعمها ايران . " وقد اوردت المصادر الاستخبارية بان الدليمي حصل على تدريب عسكري من عملاء المخابرات الايرانية ومن حزب الله اللبناني في التدريب على كيفية نمط ارهابي للاختطاف " استنادا الى وزارة الدفاع الاميركية . ـ
ودور شبكة الشيباني في تزويد شبكة الخزعلي تم الكشف عنه بعد القاء القبض على " شخص يدعى الخزعلي والذي هو احد القادة في شبكة الشيباني " واخوه هو صلة الوصل الايرانية . وكان في العراق ،وكان ذلك الذي قاد الى الى الشبكة وصعودا ." وفي تموز 2006 تم وضع اسم ابو مصطفى الشيباني على القائمة التي تتضمن 41 مطلوبا وخصص مبلغ 200000 دولار كمكافأة " لاي معلومات تؤدي الى القبض عليه ". في حين لم يكن واضحا انه كان الشيباني الذي تم اعتقاله .ـ
وفي اب 2005 ، وصفت التايم نشاطات شبكة الشيباني ووثقت دور قوة القدس الايرانية في عملياتها في نقل السلاح واستعمال المتفجرات المميتة والتي تستطيع اختراق الدورع . وعودة الى عام 2005 فقد كانت الولايات المتحدة تعتقد بان شبكة الشيباني تتكون من 280 عنصرا ، موزعة على 17 فريق لتفجير القنابل وفرق الموت ". كما اوردت التايم . وتعتقد الولايات المتحدة ايضا بان شبكة الشيباني تدربت في لبنان وفي بغداد بشكل اساسي في مدينة الصدر وفي بلدان اخرى والمقصود بها ايران .
وقد تمت معظم هجمات قوات التحالف والقوات العراقية في مدينة الصدر معقل مقتدى الصدر ، والذي عاد مؤخرا من ايران بعد فراره من العراق والذي له علاقة بهذه الشبكات السرية . استنادا الى الزمان . وقال احد العاملين داخل حركة الصدر للزمان :" الظهور المفاجىء للصدر واجتماعاته شجعت من قبل ارتداد احد مساعديه الكبار وهو وزير الصحة السابق علي الشمري .وقالت المصادر ان الشمري كان وثيق الصلة بالصدر وكان مصدر النفوذ الداخلي للمعلومات في التيار الصدري في التنظيم والامتداد .وتخوف التيار الصدري من ان الشمري قد مرر الى الاميركيين معلومات موثقة في كيفية حصول التيار على الاسلحة والتدريب والصلات التي تربطه مع ايران ". وحينما تشظى جيش المهدي في الشتاء الماضي ، فان قوة بحوالي 3000 من مقاتلي المهدي بقيادة قيس الخزعلي ، قبل انها اصطفت مع ايران وانها تتدرب في المخيمات الايرانية .. وقد انشات قوة القدس الايرانية شبكة الخزعلي والشيباني ...ـ

We used to receive true articles from you, so please do not ruin your reputation. I suggest to investigate more and if it is Kurdish Company working inside Iraq Kurdistan, then you have to announce the truth.

ـ"وعلى عكس خط الادارة المعلن الرسمي بان الانغماس في العنف الطائفي يقتصر على اقلية من "المتشددين" في الجيش والشرطة، ففي الحقيقة الواقعية فان الصيغة الكاملة لوحدات الجيش والشرطة الشيعية هي اما المشاركة الفعلية او تمارس الارهاب ضد السنة. وحينما استلم المجلس الاعلى للثورة الاسلامية وحلفاءه ادارة وزارة الداخلية في عام 2005 ، فقد اعطيت لميليشيا بدر حرية كبيرة لتسريب الالاف من رجال ميليشيته داخل الشرطة الوطنية . كما وسيطرت ميليشيا مقتدى الصدر على الشرطة في بغداد وفي الجنوب الشيعي. وكلا المجندين من بدر وجيش المهدي يشاركون في القتل الطائفي. وقد اعترفت ادارة الدفاع في تقريرها في اب – اغسطس 2006 الى الكونغرس بانها لا تملك نظاما لحجب الشرطة من عناصر الميليشيات الشيعية. وقال واين وايت الذي كان نائب رئيس ادارة الاستخبارات في وزارة الخارجية وأحد الباحثين ومستشار للجنة بيكر، ان قوات الشرطة العراقية على علاقات مغلقة مع الميليشيات الشيعية.ـ

وبسبب ان الراعي لقوات الجيش العراقي هي الولايات المتحدة، فان هذه القوات هي أيضاً نادرة في الطبيعة الطائفية. وقد اعترف تقرير لجنة بيكر نفسه بان هناك تساؤلات مهمة بشأن التركيب العرقي وولاء بعض الوحدات العراقية – وبالتحديد فيما اذا كانت تنفذ مهمات لصالح الاهداف الوطنية بدلا من الاجندة الطائفية. وقال المراسل توم ليستر، ان احد الجنود بدرجة عريف اخبره بانهم سيفعلون بالسنة مافعله صدام بالشيعة :" البدء بخمسة اشخاص من كل حي وقتلهم في الشارع ومغادرة المكان".ـ

وبالرغم من كل ذلك فقد حولت الادارة الاميركية 287000 بندقية من طراز أي كي–47 ، و17000 بندقية آلية، و 7600 قاذفة صواريخ ، و1800 سيارات عالية التسليح لهذه القوات استنادا الى رموز في القيادة المركزية الوسطى.ـ

وقد تم تسريع تسليم الاسلحة للشرطة هذا العام، بالرغم من الضلوع المعروف بشكل جيد لوحدات الشرطة في نشاطات فرق الموت . وتخطط ادارة الدفاع لارسال الان 50000 بندقية اخرى للشرطة و 85000 للجيش – اضافة الى 3000 عربة اخرى .ـ

ولدينا كل الاسباب للخوف بان هذه الاسلحة سوف تصبح اساس لمستوى عالي من الحرب من قبل الشيعة ضد السنة في المستقبل .وبالرغم من شكاوى الادارة بان ايران تدعم الميليشيات الشيعية التي تتسبب بالعنف الطائفي ، فان الولايات المتحدة نفسها هي مديرة الدفة للقوى في للحرب الاهلية الطائفية ."ـ

الأكراد العراقيون الوطنيون

ـ"(أعلن الرئيس جلال الطالباني خلال اجتماعه مع رئيس إقليم كردستان العراق مسعود بارزاني في السليمانية الأحد "3 حزيران 2007" موقف الحزبين الرئيسيين الكرديين الرافض والمستنكر لقيام بعض الجهات بإعلان جبهة سياسية جديدة في القاهرة تضم شخصيات عربية وكردية. ـ

وفي مؤتمر صحفي علق الرئيس الطالباني على تشكيل تلك الجبهة التي تضم إلى جانب القائمة العراقية الحزب الإسلامي العراقي والاتحاد الإسلامي الكردستاني ومجموعة من الشخصيات العشائرية الكردية كانت متعاونة مع النظام السابق، وفي ختام الاجتماع أصدر الزعيمان الكرديان بيانا شجبا فيه موقف تلك الجهات وشخصيات عربية وكردية وصفها البيان بخونة تاريخيين للشعب الكردي من أيتام صدام.ـ

وأضاف البيان أن اجتماع القاهرة الذي دبرته مخابرات دول أجنبية تمخض عنه جبهة سياسية تعادي المسيرة الديمقراطية للشعب العراقي وتسعى إلى نسف منجزاته الدستورية.ـ

وأعتبر البيان تشكيل هذه الجبهة تكريساً لطائفية بغيضة وعنصرية شوفينية عندما تتجاهل الأكثرية الشيعية وقوى الشعب الكردي الوطنية. ـ

وأكد البيان إن المكتبين السياسيين للإتحاد الوطني الكردستاني والحزب الوطني الكردستاني إذ يشجبان هذا العمل الانشقاقي يناشدان الخيريين في الحزب الإسلامي والقائمة العراقية والإتحاد الكردي الإسلامي العودة إلى صف التحالف العريض والانسحاب من هذه الجبهة السياسية المشبوهة). ـ

ـ"لماذا إذاً يتوسل البرزاني والطالباني للتفاهم والتحالف مع رجل يصفونه الآن بأنه من الخونة التاريخيين للشعب الكردي وإنه من أيتام صدام؟"ـ

"May 27, 2007

Baghdad is a smashed city...

"Below is an email I have just received from my close friend and translator Abu Talat.

While he has fled Baghdad with his family and is now a refugee in Syria, he recently had to return to Baghdad in order to try to salvage what is left of his former life (his car, belongings from his house, etc.) before returning back to Syria.

His note is instructive as to the current living conditions in the capital city of Iraq.

Here is the full text of his message:

Habibi…

Baghdad is a SMASHED city…no roads to drive on…most of them are closed off by concrete obstacles with concertina wire. In addition, the presence of the Iraqi military, who cover their faces with black masks and hold their guns in such a way that when you see them you will definitely be afraid that they will shoot you.

The shops in most of the area I went to see are closed. I asked one of the shop owners I know, 55-year-old Abu Fadhil, since I heard that his shop was robbed. I found his door closed and locked and he was nowhere to be found.

Later, on my way to Sadr City, I found that two of the three roads which lead all the way from south to north Baghdad are either partially or totally closed in some places. You still remember the highways in Baghdad…well now most of them are closed, or at least fenced off with obstacles, yet they say there is some progress in the security situation inside the city!

Everyday two or three cars explode across Baghdad, killing large numbers of civilians.

When I returned to my neighborhood of al-Adhamiya, I couldn't get in unless the soldiers checked my ID and my car, even though the guards are from the same neighborhood and they know me personally. But they had to check it to ensure that no car bombs might happen. Nevertheless, daily mortars shell my neighborhood and those are out of control, despite this concrete wall placed by the Americans which now surrounds our neighborhood. Despite all that they do, they cannot bring security to our small neighborhood.

Needless to say, Baghdad has been changed into THE CITY OF GARBAGE. You can find it everywhere. You can smell the stench of dead bodies wherever you go.

Talking of electricity, there is now only one hour daily. That's it. From where we're staying in the city center, in Bab al-Muadham, I can see from the balcony that people sleep nearly naked on their rooftops because it is so hot and there is no electricity to run fans or air conditioners. Thank God that there are two large generators that maintain electricity in our building.

Everyday by 2-3 pm the buildings where we are staying are closed so that noone can leave or enter. That way it is kept secure, and this is how it remains until the next morning.

As far as my family life in this condition, we are as though we are in jail from 2-3 pm until the second morning where the doors are opened at 7 am.

My son goes to the hospital to work, but for the last two days he finds it without any running water. [His son works in Baghdad Medical City, the largest hospital in Iraq] For the last 2 weeks, as he told me, the hospital has been without any air conditioning and almost without patients, although it's the biggest hospital in Iraq.

My sons wife, who is also a doctor, has to go to another hospital just to try to assist since there is a drastic lack of Gynecologists. She stays in her hospital for three days continuously before my son picks her up with his car on the fourth day to bring her home, in order to insure her safety so she doesn't have to take a bus or taxi.

As for my daughter, she has not passed out the doorway of this apartment where we are staying for the last week except for one time for some work she had to accomplish.

My wife left here only once, when she went to her job (which she has been on leave from since we left to Syria) in order to apply for a full year vacation. Thank God she got it.

As for me, I found my car ruined, so I had to repair it. For that I called the mechanic to come to my home and repair it, since I couldn't take the car to him since all the mechanics shops are closed and there is no place to have a car repaired. All of those shops are totally closed. When I saw the mechanic he said, "We cannot live anymore, and there is no job we can find."

Dahr, this short letter gives you just a glance of the current situation in Baghdad. With the next letter I will tell you some more."
