What is the fate of the "Liberated" Iraqi Children? . ما هو مصير الأطفال العراقيين "المـُحررين"؟

ـ"قالت الممثلة الخاصة للأمين العام للامم المتحدة لشؤون الأطفال والنزاعات المسلحة راديكا كوماراسوامي امس، ان أطفال العراق هم الضحايا الصامتون للعنف الدائر في البلاد ..... وأشارت الي أن "حوالي 50% فقط من طلاّب المدارس الابتدائية يرتادون المدارس وهو عدد متدن مقارنة بالعام 2005 حيث كانت النسبة 80%، وأنّ حوالي 40% فقط يحصلون علي مياه نظيفة للشرب ولا يزال الاحتمال قائما لتفشي مرض الكوليرا." وتابعت قائلة انه "ومنذ عام 2004، تنامت أعداد الأطفال الذين يتم تجنيدهم في العديد من المليشيات والجماعات المتمردة للقيام بعمليات منها شن الهجمات الانتحارية، ويقبع زهاء 1,500 طفل في مرافق الاعتقال." وقالت ان العديد من العقبات تعترض المساعدات الانسانية التي يتم تقديمها للمجتمعات المحلية في أرجاء متباينة من البلاد لتحول دون حصول الأطفال علي هذه المساعدات، لافتة الي ان " أكثر من نصف النازحين داخلياً واللاجئين هم من الأطفال الذين يتعرضون لصعوبات جمة في الأماكن التي يعيشون فيها سواء داخل العراق أو في دول الجوار." وأشارت الي انه "يتعين علي المجتمع الدولي تقديم المساعدات للبلدان المضيفة لضمان حماية حقوق هؤلاء الأطفال وحصولهم علي الخدمات الأساسية كالتعليم والرعاية الصحية."ـ

"Radhika Coomaraswamy, U.N. special representative of the secretary-general for children and armed conflict, said her recent five-day trip to Iraq convinced her that the country's children are "the silent victims of the ongoing violence."
"Since 2004, an increasing number of children have been recruited into various militias and insurgent groups, including as suicide bombers," said Coomaraswamy in a statement released Friday after she returned to Amman, Jordan. She did not reveal the source of her information.

... She said only 50 percent of primary school-age children were attending class, down from 80 percent in 2005. Approximately 1,500 children are known to be held in detention facilities, she added."

The "American" occupier's solution?

Build the Iraqi children a "very profitable" Disneyland (previous posting, April 24, 2008) in the middle of Baghdad with the proviso that "entry to the park would be strictly controlled through tight security".

"The entertainment park is an integral part of war propaganda.
Establishing an American cultural outpost in an occupied land serves to uphold the legitimacy of the invaders and their Worldwide "cultural values".

"Mr. Werner is a jew. His concern will be the "housing and hotel development" which will be "culturally sensetive".

Questions :

1- For whom those housing and hotels?

2- will the iraqi puppets give him the land for the project, free of charge?He is a jew and he will be owning a huge land in the centre of Baghdad. "

The occupier's "Iraqi" puppet parliament solution?

Promoting a law that would forbid the import of toy guns and fireworks that create loud noise and to combat the spreading belief among Iraqi choldren that they can take what they want by force. (the below report in Arabic).

This proposed law would for sure not refer to the noise of the bullets, rockets and bombs of the American occupier nor the fact that the US and Britain illegally occupied Iraq by force.

The Iraqi children would thus be expected to close their ears to "that" noise and shut their eyes and mind to "that" fact.

بناء ديزني لاند (نشرة 24 نيسان 2008، بالإنكليزية) من قبل رجل أعمال يهودي على مساحة واسعة في قلب بغداد،ـ

ـ"أعلنت عضو في البرلمان العراقي أن لجنة برلمانية تضع مسودة قرار يحظر بموجبه استيراد المسدسات اللعبة والألعاب النارية إلى العراق، على أمل خفض التصرفات العدوانية بين الأطفال الذين كبروا في ظل حرب حقيقية. ـوقالت النائب سميرة الموسوي، رئيسة الهيئة البرلمانية للنساء والأطفال، التي تحضر مسودة الحظر المقترح "انتشرت ثقافة العنف في مجتمعنا وتحكمت بالعائلة العراقية، وهذا أثر على ثقافة الأطفال." ـوأضافت الموسوي قائلة: "لقد أصبحت عادة بين أغلبية أطفالنا أن يأخذوا ما يريدونه بالقوة ونريد تغيير هذه الثقافة"، وفقاً للأسوشيتد برس. ـوقالت "جميع الألعاب التي تسبب الخوف بين الأطفال عبر إصدار أصوات متفجرات، كالألعاب النارية، وتلك التي تؤثر على تصرفات الأطفال، كالمسدسات، ستكون مشمولة في القرار." ـ

طبعاً وبغض النظر عن أصوات قنابل وطلقات وصواريخ المُحتل الأمريكي وأخذه العراق بالقوة، إذ على الأطفال العراقين أن يسدّوا آذانهم عن سماعها ويغمضوا أعينهم وعقولهم عن رؤية واقعهم.ـ

Whose solution? .... حلّ من؟
