Those who profited from this 9/11 put options scam were none other than Pete Peterson of the Blackstone Group, Larry Silverstein, George Soros who is a part owner of Blackstone Group, Jeffrey Greenberg who owned 7% of Blackstone, son of Hank Greenberg of AIG which is one of the 38 companies that benefited directly from put option sales before 9/11, Alan Greenberg, Rudy Guilliani, Jerry Hauer - Office of Emergency Management, Henry Kissinger, David Rockefeller, Lord Nathan Rothschild, George Bush, Dick Cheney, Greenberg Tarig, Warren Buffet of AIG. All put together, I'm saying that 9/11 was a CIA/Mosad/SAS operation which I'm calling the real axis of evil. The United States Government, the Israeli government and the British government were all involved in taking down the twin towers. It had nothing to do with some guy called bin Laden, living in a cave in Afghanistan.

كثيراً ما أسمع في خطب الحفلات وأحاديث الإذاعات أو أقرأ في الصحف والمجلات كلاماً لبعض المتحدثين أو الكاتبين يصفون فيه شريعة الغاب بأنها أشنع الشرائع ومجتمعها بأنه أبشع المجامع.. يتكرر هذا يومياً.

وأمس سمعت خطيب مفوه يشنع على شريعة الغاب ويصفها بقاصمة الظهر وأنها شريعة الظلم والقهر، وجمهور الحضور البلهاء يصفقون معجبين. ورأيت بعد ذلك «فيلماً» عبر العالم الفطري عن حياة الحيوانات في أمريكا الوسطى ومناطق أخرى من العالم فتبين لي أن الحيوان الأعجم إذا جاع صاد حيواناً يصلح للأكل فأكله ونام، وإذا جاع ثانية أكل آخر.. وهكذا يأكل بقدر ما يذهب عنه الجوع ويدفع غائلة المسغبة. وفكرت في حياة البشر اليوم فرأيت بعض الناس من الذين أصابهم السعار لا يقنعون من الدخل بما يكفيهم لمدة سنة أو سنتين بل لديهم ما يكفي لمئات السنين ومع ذلك يأبى بعضهم إلا أكل جميع أفراد المجتمع دفعة واحدة. وفكرت في الإنسان يخرج للصيد والقنص فيصيد للتسلية لا للحاجة ولم أشاهد حيواناً افترس آخر للتسلية والعبث.

الحيوان في الغابة يأكل أصغر منه فإذا شبع ترك البقية تعيش وهكذا. ومع ذلك نصف حياته بأنها شريعة الغاب وحياة بعض البشر بأنها عدل وقسطاس.

إن شريعة الغاب ـ ياسادة ـ فيها شيء من المنطق الغلاب، أما شريعة البشر فهي بحق شريعة الظفر والمخلب والناب والمنشب، إنها شريعة الحقد القاتل والحسد المدمر والعداء الذي لا ينتهي والصراع المستديم والعناء المقيم.

شريعة الغاب ـ أيها الخطباء الأذكياء ـ شريعة اضطر صاحبها إلى التماس غذائه حين جاع. وشريعة البشر يأكل بعضهم بعضاً عن غير حاجة وجوع إلا الرغبة في التدمير أو التسلية، شريعة الغاب ليس فيها حكماء ولا أديان ولا محاكم ولا حراس، ومع ذلك يقتصر الحيوان فيها على ما يسدّ رمقه.

وشريعة البشر فيها كل الحواجز والموانع والأذكار والمواعظ ومع ذلك يبطش ويفترس فكيف لو لم تكن هناك أنظمة وحدود ومحاكم وقيود. شريعة الغاب تصدر عن حيوان أعجم يندفع بالغريزة، وشريعة البشر تصدر عن إنسان قد تحضر وتعلّم وتمرّس وتخضرم ولبس أفضل اللباس وجلس على المقاعد وصعد الأعالي بالمعارج.

شريعة الغاب هي شريعة المنطق الغلاب لا شريعة الظفر والناب فقط، لأنها تقول إن من جاع ولم يجد ما يأكل فله أن يأخذ حقه بالقوة. وقد قال بعض السلف: لو جاع رجل ولم يجد ما يأكل وخرج شاهراً سيفه على الناس فلا ملامة، لأنه التمس القوت بالطرق المشروعة، فاللوم على المجتمع الذي حال بينه وبين الحصول على القوت والوصول إلى سد حاجة المعدة ودفع غائلة المسغبة.

Hell of a Success: Iraq After the Surge: Michael Schwartz paints a picture of what Barack Obama and John McCain have both called the "success" of George W. Bush's "surge" in Iraq. Indeed, Obama has stated that the "surge" -- the euphemism immediately adopted by the entire press and political establishment for what used be known in plain English as an "escalation" -- has "succeeded beyond our wildest dreams": a mighty strong endorsement from a man who way, way back in olden times -- the cave-man days of, oh, 2006 or so -- was once perceived as "anti-war."

Mining Misery: Hope and Change Down Under: Shortly before last year's election, Howard declared a "national emergency" and sent the army to the Northern Territory to "protect the children" who, said his minister for indigenous affairs, were being abused in "unthinkable numbers"....In May, barely reported government statistics revealed that of the 7,433 Aboriginal children examined by doctors as part of the "national emergency", 39 had been referred to the authorities for suspected abuse. Of those, a maximum of just four possible cases of abuse were identified. Such were the "unthinkable numbers". They were little different from those of child abuse in white Australia. What was different was that no soldiers invaded the beachside suburbs, no white parents were swept aside, no white welfare was "quarantined".

Foreign governments, especially the US, want the Northern Territory as a toxic dump. The Adelaide to Darwin railway that runs adjacent to Olympic Dam, the world's largest uranium mine, was built with the help of Kellogg, Brown & Root - a subsidiary of American giant Halliburton, the alma mater of Dick Cheney, Howard's "mate". "The land grab of Aboriginal tribal land has nothing to do with child sexual abuse," says the Australian scientist Helen Caldicott, "but all to do with open slather uranium mining and converting the Northern Territory to a global nuclear dump."

Iraq in the Times of Cholera…and Occupation : On October 11, the minister of Health, Salih Al-Hasnawi, had to attend a hearing in the Parliament, to answer for the representatives’ questions, especially of the Committee of Health and of the Committee of Integrity, on the reason of the failure to confront the spread of cholera. (The Parliament and the Government headquarters are in the Green Zone). When the Health Minster arrived in the Green Zone to attend the Parliament hearing, he was prevented from entering the Parliament by the guards at the security point, on orders of Sami Al-Askari, the councilor of Prime Minister Nuri Al-Maliki.

Resources in the south of Iraq say that one of the main reasons of the cholera epidemic is the Iranian alimentation materials which are invading the markets in most of the provinces, especially dairies. The director of the Babylon Central Laboratory, Jum’a Abid Onn, stated that an Iranian dairy with trade mark DOG is especially not good because it has a festering bacterium which is a good host of the cholera virus. Many mineral water bottles imported from United Arab Emirates or from Bahrain which are not good appeared to be actually imported from Iran by a relative of the Babylon governor.

Report Finds Iraq Water Treatment Project to Be Late, Faulty and Over Budget: A huge American-financed wastewater treatment plant in the desert city of Falluja, which United States troops assaulted twice to root out insurgents in 2004, was supposed to be the centerpiece of an effort to rebuild Iraq, a country smashed by war and neglect, and bring Western standards of sanitation.

Instead, the project, which has tripled in cost from original plans to $100 million and has fallen about three years behind schedule, has become an example of the failed and often oversold program to rebuild Iraq’s infrastructure with American dollars and skill.

The project was so poorly conceived that there is no reliable electricity to run pumps and purification tanks, and no money left to connect homes to the main sewer lines, which now run uselessly beneath Falluja’s streets, according to a report by federal investigators to be released Monday.
 

Surging Into Syria: American Incursion Opens New Front in Quagmire: The BBC reports that American forces launched a small ground-air attack on the border village of Sukkiraya on Sunday, with military helicopters disgorging a squad of troops who attacked a building and killed "a man, his four children and a married couple."

Officially, the Pentagon has neither confirmed nor denied the attack, but the brass leaked word to the Associated Press that the shiv-stab into Syrian territory did indeed take place, and that it was aimed at -- wait for it -- "foreign fighters linked to al-Qaeda." As the leaky Pentagon mouthpiece told AP: "We are taking matters into our own hands."

Of course, one can speculate on motives until the cows come home. (Or rather, until the chickens come home to roost, in the form of revengeful blowback against Americans. But none of the well-wadded, well-protected bipartisan Beltway barons are worried about that. After all, the more blowback, the more "emergency powers" they accrue.) But we should remember that Syria has been in the cross-hairs of several powerful factions in our militarist empire for years. The same gang that brought you the Iraq war -- and would love to bring you the Iran war -- have long been howling to put tanks on the road to Damascus.
