ـ"هل هناك فجور سياسي أكثر من هذا؟"ـ

ـ"قال مستشار الأمن القومي العراقي موفق الربيعي انه كانت هناك وسائل أخرى للتعبير عن الرأي بطريقة حضارية، ولكن الزيدي فضل اختيار طريقة «همجية».ـ

الهمجية يا سيد موفق هي احتلال العراق لأسباب ملفقة عمداً وقتل مليون من أهله، كما لم يفعل التتر أو صدام حسين نفسه، والهمجية هي ادانة ضربة حذاء، لا تقتل بل لا تجرح، ثم السكوت عن قتل العراقيين كل يوم وحتى اليوم.ـ

مستشار الأمن القومي هو لقب مستورد من أميركا، فنحن لم نعرفه في بلادنا قبل الاحتلال، مع ذلك أعطي موفق الربيعي «فائدة الشك» فلعله مقتنع فعلاً بما يقول، ولا يتحدث لأنه مدين بمنصبه لإدارة جورج بوش والاحتلال، ثم أسأله ان يصبر علي وأنا أكمل.ـ

في المؤتمر الصحافي في بغداد، والى جانب رئيس الوزراء نوري المالكي، قال جورج بوش ان غزو العراق «كان ضرورياً لأمن الولايات المتحدة واستقرار العراق (والله العظيم هكذا حرفياً) والسلام العالمي».ـ
هل هناك فجور سياسي أكثر من هذا؟ـ

ضروري «لأمن العراق» تعني أن احتلال بلد وتدميره على رأس أهله وقتل مئات الألوف منه، من دون أن تكون له أدنى علاقة بالإرهاب الذي أصاب الولايات المتحدة، مسموح به ومبرر ومقبول، فأمن الأميركيين أهم من أرواح العراقيين، حتى وهذا وذاك غير مترابطين.ـ

و «استقرار العراق» عبارة لا يقولها إلا مجنون أو عاقل يتصور أنه يخاطب مجانين، فلا استقرار في العراق البتة، بما لا أحتاج الى شرحه.ـ

ومثل ما سبق «السلام العالمي»، فهو لا ينقص أو يزيد باحتلال العراق وقتل أهله، وكل ما حدث ان الاحتلال زاد الارهاب حول العالم.ـ

كيف يكون الرد على هذا الكلام الذي كرره جورج بوش في كلية وست بوينت وفي معسكر النصر، وفي قاعدة باغرام، ثم عاد ليكرره في كلية حرب الجيش الأميركي في بنسلفانيا؟ أعتقد أن الحذاء وسيلة حضارية جداً، فهو ليس سلاحاً يقتل، وانما يتضمن رفضاً وإهانة وغضباً تظل أقل كثيراً من اهانتنا بالحديث عن أمن أميركا على حساب أرواح العرب والمسلمين.ـ

الأقلية التي لم تحركها همجية ادارة بوش ضد العراقيين أعلنت رفض وسيلة تعبير سلمية، ثم أكملت بإدانة انتصار العرب للزيدي وحذائه، فهذا «تخلـّف» أمّا إبادة الجنس فحضارة."ـ

والهزل الذي يستجيب له الملايين حول العالم لا يصدر عن قلب خال بل عن قلب مفجوع. هذا سر الأرقام القياسية التي حققها الزيدي على شاشات التلفزيون وفضاء الإنترنت. عدد مشاهدات لقطة رمي حذائيه تجاوز خلال ثلاثة أيام الخمسة ملايين في موقع الفيديو العالمي "يوتيوب" فقط. وملايين لا تُحصى من الألعاب، والمسابقات، والملصقات الفنية، ورسوم الكارتون. والعبرة ليست بالأرقام وحدها، بل بقوة الرسالة التي استخدمها الرئيس البرازيلي في افتتاح قمة أميركا اللاتينية طالباً من الصحفيين عدم استخدام أحذيتهم. وانفجرت ضحكات زعماء ثلاثة وثلاثون دولة اجتمعوا لتأكيد استقلالية قارتهم عن واشنطن".ـ

"Wednesday night’s breaking story about the arrests of high ranking Interior Ministry officials in Iraq continues to unfold in the press, but exactly what happened still isn’t clear. Even the initial story’s report that General Ahmed Abu Raqeef was among the arrested has been thrown into doubt, as the Interior Ministry now claims that has was an "investigating officer" in the case, not an arrested officer. .....
At this point what exactly happened and how it got so blown out of proportion still isn’t known, and may never be known. Whatever it was, the release of all those arrested suggests it is over, for now."

"The story of the sweeping, and secretive, arrests, in Iraq's national security apparatus is getting curiouser and curiouser. It now appears as if the whole thing was a clumsy effort by Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki to get rid of political opponents, in advance of January elections. .....
The New York Times, which broke the story Thursday -- but with important details wrong -- reported in an update today that there "was no evidence that the suspects were in the early stages of planning a coup" against Maliki.

Added the Times:
[An] adviser to Mr. Bolani said that the prime minister had been privately pushing for the arrest of a number of Interior officials for two months, but that Mr. Bolani had pushed back, insisting that the officials were innocent."

As usual in Iraq, news travel very fast; and according to sources within the interior ministry and from intelligence officers, the 'coup' charge and the subsequent arrest by Maliki's office own security guards of more than 20 interior ministry police officers was carried out on the basis of false accusations by senior officials in the "National Security Affairs" ministry.

. who were, by the way, senior ex-Ba'athists before the occupation but have now switched sides over to Maliki's Da'wa party) have been fruitlessly pressuring these police officers over the past few months to register 5415 impounded vehicles that are the property of assassinated ex-milita
These senior officers (Talib Shaghati and Hassan Diaim ry officers, pilots, contractors and Ba'athists since mid-2005 and to re-register these vehicles under their names [the National Security Affairs senior officers] and in the names of their sons and relatives.

The purpose of this wholesale transfer of vehicle titles was to present these same vehicles as gifts to local sheikhs in order to get their allegiance and their votes for the Maliki ticket in the coming elections in February 2009.

The arrested officers refused to carry out the deed transfers and were therefore subjected to the charade of preparing for an Al-Awda's (a splinter Ba'athist faction) attempted coup. They are to be released today or tomorrow.

As for Maliki's office comment on this fiasco .... expect very little or none.

لقد جاء امتناع الشرفاء في مديرية المرور العامه من تسجيلها بأسمائهم وعلى رأسهم اللواء البطل جعفر طعمة الخفاجي لكون هذه العجلات تعود الى اصحابها الشهداء اللذين خطفوا وقتلوا من قبل ميلشيات حزب الدعوه تنظيم العراق واغلبهم من الضباط والطيارين والمقاولين والمزارعين والوطنيين في حزب البعث العربي الاشتراكي والمذكورين في المواقف اليوميه للعمليات بحقل العثور على جثث مجهولة الهويه ومقيدة الاطراف بكلبجات بلاستيكيه حكوميه ومعصوبة الاعين منذ 12/5/2005 ولحد الان.ـ

ويجب علينا بالاشاده بموقف السيد وزير الداخليه جواد البولاني ونطلب منه اعلان ما ذكر اعلاه بوسائل الاعلام لكشف حقائق ديمقراطية بوش اللعين وزمرته الحاكمـة،ـ

Zaidi's justice ... العدالة لمنتظر

The 28-year-old TV reporter Muntadhar al-Zaidi made history not by merely throwing a pair of shoes, the highest expression of insult in Iraqi culture, at the US president, but by what he said while doing so. Strip the words away, and his and the Iraqi people's cry of deep pain, anger and defiance would amount to no more than a shoe-throwing insult. But the words were heard. "This is the farewell kiss, you dog," he shouted as he threw the first shoe. The crucial line followed the second shoe: "This is from the widows, the orphans and those who were killed in Iraq." Once those words were heard, the impact of a pair of shoes became electrifying. A young journalist has put aside the demands of his profession, preferring to act as the loudest cry of his long-suffering people. If one considers the torture and killings in Iraqi and US jails that Muntadhar often mentioned in his reports for al-Baghdadia satellite TV station, he was certainly aware he risked being badly hurt."

الرأي القانوني حول قضية منتظر الزيدي

حسب ما ورد في وسائل الاعلام –أحيل المتهم منتظر الزيدي بموجب المادة (223) من قانون العقوبات العراقي رقم (111) لسنة 1969 والتي تنص على ما يلي:ـ
ـ" -1- يعاقب بالاعدام من قتل رئيس الجمهورية عمدا .ـ
ـ -2- يعاقب بالسجن الؤقت كل من اعتدى على رئيس الجمهورية اعتداء لايبلغ درجة القتل أو الشروع فيه.ـ
ـ -3- ويعاقب بالعقوبات ذاتها حسب الاحوال اذا وقعت الجريمة على رئيس دولة اجنبية اثناء وجوده في العراق في زيارة رسمية ".ـ

ان نص المادة المذكورة لا ينطبق على الواقعة لسبب بسيط هو أن الرئيس الامريكي بوش لم يكن في زيارة رسمية للعراق بل وكما صرح هو أمام وسائل الاعلام انه لم يكن في زيارة رسمية بل في زيارة مفاجئة لم يخطط لها ليؤكد بأن الأمن قد استتب في العراق الذي ارسى هو اسس الديمقراطية فيه. فهو لم يتلق دعوة من الحكومة العراقية كما لم يتقدم بطلب زيارة للعراق ولم يهيء لها . وبالتالي فنص المادة 223 لا ينطبق لاشتراطه في الفقرة الثالثة أن يقع الاعتداء على رئيس دولة اجنبية اثناء وجوده في العراق في زيارة رسمية.ـ

المادة الأقرب للتطبيق هي المادة (227) والتي تنص على ما يلي : " يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على سنتين وبغرامة لاتزيد على مائتي دينار كل من أهان باحدى طرق العلانية دولة اجنبية أو منظمة دولية لها مقر في العراق او اهان رئيسها او ممثلها لدى العراق او اهان علمها او شعارها الوطني متى كانا مستعملين على وجه لا يخالف قوانين العراق. ولا تقام الدعوى عن هذه الجريمة الا بناء على اذن تحريري من وزير العدل ".ـ

جهنم**

كان تيمور لنك حفيد هولاكو من عاداته أن يجمع الشعراء في المدن التي يحتلها عنوة كي يتغنوا بمآثره وشجاعته وانتصاراته.ـ

وهو في بغداد محتلا لكرامتها وعرضها ما كان منه إلا أن أمر أحد الشعراء ليقترب منه واسمه كرماني والذي وقف بعيدا من المجلس آنفا كي يسأله "يا ترى بكم تشتريني لو رأيتني أباع في السوق" فرد عليه كرماني "إنما أشتريك بخمس وعشرين درهما" فضحك هولاكو من سذاجة الشاعر ورد عليه "إنما حزامي وحده يساوي خمسا عشرين درهما" فضحك كل من في المجلس وعندها أجاب الشاعر "إنما قصدت حزامك أما أنت فلا تساوي عندي فلسا واحدا" ومن يومها لم يسمع عن كرماني أي خبر، لكنه سجل وفي عمق التاريخ حدثاً لا زال العراقيون يتناقلونه حتى يومنا هذا ممرغا أنف تيمورلنك في الوحل، فما أشبه اليوم بالبارحة.ـ

سعودي يعرض 10 ملايين دولار لشراء حذاء ألقي على بوش

سأحوله لمزار باسم "وسام الحرية"ـ

ـ"عرض مواطن سعودي من قبيلة عسير شراء حذاء الصحافي العراقي الذي قذف به الرئيس الأمريكي جورج بوش، بعشرة ملايين دولار أمريكي.ـ

وقال حسن محمد مخافة لـ"العربية.نت" إنه يملك عقارات وأراضٍ كثيرة في منطقة عسير التي تقع جنوب غرب السعودية، تزيد قيمتها عن المبلغ المعروض، معتبرا أنه فتح مزادًا بذلك على ما اعتبره "وسام الحرية وليس حذاءً، وأن وجهاء ومشايخ في قبيلته الكبيرة عبروا عن تضامنهم معه، والمساهمة في شرائه فيما لو وصل ثمنه في المزاد أكثر من ذلك".ـ

وتبلغ مساحة عسير 18 ألف كيلو متر مربع، وعاصمتها مدينة أبها، ومن مدنها الشهيرة "خميس مشيط"، والمدينتان مصيفان معروفان باعتدال مناخهما في فصل الصيف شديد الحرارة، وتصدر منها جريدة "الوطن" إحدى كبرى الصحف السعودية.ـ

وكان الصحافي العراقي منتظر الزيدي مراسل تلفزيون "البغدادية" الذي يبث من القاهرة ويملك عدة استديوهات في بغداد، قد فاجأ الرئيس الأمريكي جورج بوش ورئيس الوزراء العراقي نور المالكي أثناء مؤتمر صحافي في بغداد، الأحد 14-12-2008 بقذف فردتي حذائه، واحدًا بعد الآخر في اتجاه بوش، ولكنه لم يتمكن من إصابته.ـ

وتمت السيطرة عليه بواسطة الحرس المصاحب للزعيمين، وقيل إنه تعرض للضرب بعدها، ثم أقتيد معتقلا إلى مقر أمن رئاسة الوزراء العراقية.ـ

حذاء "الحرية"ـ

وقال مخافة "60 عاما، ومدرس مرحلة ابتدائية متقاعد" إن المبلغ جاهز لديه، وسيقوم بتسليمه مقابل حذاء الزيدي، الذي يعتبره

أغلى من كل عقاراته وأملاكه، وسيورثه لأولاده، ليصبح مزارًا باسم" وسام الحرية".ـ

وأضاف أنه واثق بأن الحذاء سيعوض الملايين العشرة، لكنه لا ينظر للأمر نظرة تجارية، وإنما "يراه إعادة جزء من الكرامة العربية المبعثرة التي أهدرتها سياسات الإدارة الأمريكية الحالية، باحتلالها مناطق عربية وإسلامية مثل العراق وأفغانستان وتسببها في وقوع ضحايا أبرياء".ـ

واستطرد بأنه لا يكره الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ولا يكن لها أي عداء، ويحترم شعبها "كثيرون من أبنائنا وأشقائنا يقيمون فيها ويتعلمون ويعودون بعلمهم لنستفيد منه، لكنه يكره سياسة إدارتها التي ورطت ذلك الشعب في مغامراتها التي نالت من كرامة الشعوب العربية والإسلامية".ـ

وأوضح حسن مخافة، أنه افتتح المزاد بمبلغ العشرة ملايين دولار في منتديات عسير على الإنترنت التي يشرف عليها، وعبر عشرات المجموعات البريدية والايميلات الشخصية، وتلقى رسائل تأييد ورغبات في المساهمة من وجهاء وشيوخ في قبيلته وشخصيات في العالم العربي.ـ

مخافة، متزوج وأب لولدين وأربع بنات، ويقول عن نفسه إنه ناشط اجتماعي تبنى قضايا اجتماعية كثيرة، أهمها مواجهة حوادث بعض الطرق في منطقة عسير، ورفع قضية ضد وزارة النقل السعودية بسبب حادث راح ضحيته 28 شخصًا، ويصفها أنها أول قضية من هذا النوع، وكذلك قضية اقتصادية خاصة، تم فيها نهب أموال مساهمين في عسير، وكشف فيها عن اللصوص.ـ

ويقول إنه يعرف أن الصحافي العراقي اقتيد بدون حذائه، لكن من حق محاميه تقديم طلب باسترداده، وفي هذه الحال فإنه جاهز لشرائه بالمبلغ المعروض، أو أن يكون بداية فتح مزاد عليه قد يصل إلى أكثر من ذلك.ـ

Spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh, on a visit to Washington this week, said the Iraqi security forces might need 10 years to get ready to take over from U.S. troops.
"What Dr Ali al-Dabbagh announced about Iraqi forces needing 10 years to be ready was a personal opinion [Comment: So much for the spokesman for the "government". Is he worried about his future?] and does not represent the Iraqi government opinion," Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki's office said in a statement.

"Iraqi Defense Ministry spokesman Mohammed al-Askari insisted Iraqi forces would be able to take over from U.S. troops.

The patriotic alternative to continued occupation .... البديل الوطني للإحتلال والمتشبثين به

Readying for a Liberated Iraq, 108 Iraqi patriots (with about 40 PhD holders, and about half of the attendees came directly from Iraq) participated in a symposium hosted by the Centre for Arab Unity Studies in Beirut in October 2005. They represented a wide spectrum of political parties, religious societies and independents. Their common denominator was their complete and unequivocal support for the Iraqi Resistance, the firm rejection of the occupiers' agenda for Iraq and the refusal to participate within the political guidelines set by Bremer's Orders and Noah Feldman's vision of what they consider to be an "Iraqinized Occupation", including the sham "elections", the contorted and still-born "constitution"and the forming of a "sovereign Iraqi government" that is intentioned to serve the occupier's wishes.

The Centre for Arab Unity Studies had asked highly qualified Iraqi experts in their field of specialization and with extensive professional experience to prepare papers in the following areas in order to serve as guiding posts for the patriotic government of Iraq that will take control of Iraq after its Liberation. These papers dealt with:

1 - The Constitution

2 - The law for a national elections committee

3 - The law for the elections of parliament members

4 - The law for forming societies and political parties

5 - The re-enactment of the reconstruction effort

6 - The oil industry and oil policy

7 - The Kurdish issue

8 - The reforming of the Iraqi army

9 - The media and the press

10 - Legal debts, reimbursements and reparations

In continuation and in line with the above symposium, a committee of politically independent Iraqi patriots called for a symposium in Beirut at the end of November 2008 comprising of about 50 Iraqi independent patriots and several anti-occupation fronts, organizations and political parties. In its final political statement, it set out a plan of two years for the transition, by a patriotic Iraqi government, to a democratic Iraqi state from the date of the departure of the occupying military forces. During the first year, a Council of 100-150 Iraqi patriots and the Resistance would form a transitional patriotic governemnt that would hold democratic elections in the second year for an elected parliament who would prepare a new constitution for Iraq. The above set of documents should provide guidelines for action for the new government.

Perfecting killing .. The American terrorists

"BBC Afghanistan correspondent Ian Pannell, granted rare access to the main US Air Force targeting base at an undisclosed location in the Middle East, spent a day looking at how decisions are made about where to attack and when.
It is the centre of gravity for all air operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. It is home to some 8,000 military personnel.
We are told that we are the first foreign journalists to be allowed inside the top secret operations room, but we are not allowed to say where we are or take any recording equipment inside.
"It is frustrating because we take a large effort to avoid civilian casualties," says Col Gary Brown, the judge advocate for the US Air Force Combined Air and Space Operations Centre.

Unfortunately, sometimes the target is missed. Thousands of innocent people have died in Afghanistan since the US-led war in 2001.
The US wants to show how much effort it makes to avoid civilian casualties. The vast majority have been at the hands of the Taleban. But Human Rights Watch has reported that in the past three years, civilian deaths from US and Nato air-strikes have tripled."
