Afghanistan: Funding Both Sides: War junkies popped their champagne corks on 7 June to celebrate the 104th month of US military engagement in Afghanistan, America’s longest war in history (Vietnam lasted 103 months). Presumably they toasted the five NATO soldiers killed on 6 June. Troop deaths have skyrocketed this year and NATO forces are continuing to “mow the grass”, killing dozens of “Taliban” every day, and lots of civilians, though no one seems to know just how many of each or how to tell the difference. In any case, what’s the point of questioning numbers provided by those doing the killing?

The Futility of UN Security Council Resolutions: Since 1948, the Security Council has adopted 223 resolutions in condemnation of Israel 's violations of international law, including the occupation of Palestinian lands, unilateral incursions into the Lebanese and Syrian soils, developing nuclear weapons, deporting the Palestinian citizens from their homes and building illegal settlements in the West Bank . Interestingly, the Israeli regime did not pay attention to any of these resolutions and the UNSC never pursued its demands to hold Tel Aviv accountable for its continued, flagrant defiance of international regulations.

For instance, the UNSC resolution 487 demanded Israel to put its nuclear facilities under the comprehensive safeguards of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). Israel never heeded the call and the UNSC never sued Israel for its inattentiveness to the resolution.

O d d : The Pentagon is said to be looking for WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange in connection with the material, including sensitive documents containing frank American diplomatic assessments of the Middle East ('the Jews are fuckin' nuts!), allegedly leaked by American super-patriot Bradley Manning. Question: if the Pentagon really was looking for him, would they make a big deal out of it? I'm sure they know where he is at all times. Whenever Israel feels insecure, it has its agents at the London Times issue a phony story concerning the Saudis allowing Israeli overflights on the way to bomb Iran. I don't doubt some of the crypto-Jews who run Saudi Arabia would like to help the Jews. But if you look at a map, an overflight of Saudi Arabia on the way to Iran makes no sense. Since Israel burned its bridges with Turkey, the only possible attack route now is from Georgia, and even that is probably logistically impossible.
